Please note that you must use the Plans mail order pharmacies. Prescription drugs that you get through any other mail order pharmacy are not covered.

When you order prescription drugs by mail, you must order at least a 31-day supply, and no more than a 90-day supply of the drug. Please allow up to two weeks for the delivery of any new prescription and seven to ten days for delivery of refill orders.

Click on the pharmacy name below for more information on how to place an order:

Generally, it takes the mail-order pharmacy 14 days to process your order and ship it to you for new prescriptions and seven to ten days for refill orders. However, sometimes your mail order may be delayed. If this happens, you may be able to receive a 10-day temporary supply of the drug. Please have your local pharmacy call the PerformRx Pharmacy Help Desk at 1-866-205-0749, Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day.
